½ tablespoon fat of choice
Carrots
Water
Salt and pepper
Flour
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions -
Add ½ tablespoon of fat to the pan.
Add your cut and washed carrots to the pan and stir.
Salt and pepper to taste, then add water (I used ¼ cup ) and cook till tender (around 15 min).
Once the carrots are cooked add just enough flour to thicken (around 1 teaspoon)
Finally add 1 tablespoon brown sugar and mix.
