1 pound ground chuck, small onion, glass jar of brown gravy, mixed vegetables, 5 cups of instant mashed potatoes.
First, brown the hamburger, drain the fat, and then set it aside. Cook mashed potatoes on the stove and set aside. Next, dice the onion and mix in gravy and onion to the meat. Cook the meat on the stove with ¼ cup of water. Cook on medium until the mixture slowly boils, then turn the heat down and cook for 5 more minutes. Add the mixture to an aluminum pan and top with mixed vegetables. Layer the mashed potatoes on top and cook in the oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
