tortilla soup

Directions:
- 2 bunches of green onions
- Garlic (minced)
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- Chopped green chilies
- Cooked chicken
- 1 tsp creole seasoning
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 2 chopped zucchini
- 1 handful of rice
- Optional- tortilla chips, pepper jack cheese, avocado on top
Directions:
- Set stove to low to medium heat
- Pour beef broth and chicken broth into pan
- Chop vegetables and put them in the pan (green onions, garlic, tomatoes, green chiles, zucchini, cilantro)
- Shred chicken and put in pan
- Add creole seasoning (optional: salt and pepper)
- Once soup gets to a boil, take off heat
- Optional: add tortilla chips, pepper jack cheese, and avocado on top
