zucchini noodles with meat sauce

½ lb ground beef
½ white medium onion
7.5 oz tomato sauce
3 oz tomato paste
¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ tablespoon dried parsley flakes
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ tablespoon Worcestershire
½ tablespoon granulated sugar
½ cup water
1/8 cup fresh basil leaves
Zucchini(cut or shredded into noodle shape)
Salt, pepper, crushed red pepper (to taste)
Season ground beef with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, add the beef and chopped onion and brown. Drain excess grease.
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, parsley, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, worcestershire, and sugar to the skillet
Stir well to combine and bring to a boil. Add water and stir well.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add chopped basil before serving, if desired.
Move zucchini along cheese grader to form noodles
Bring water to a boil, add the noodles, and cook until preference is achieved
